Inside: accommodation at Cape Lougi is spread over two floors of the main villa and a poolside dependence. The main house features a large, and thanks to the four sets of French windows, luminous and panoramic open-concept living and dining area. High beamed ceilings, light colour schemes, quality furnishings and an internationally-flavoured collection of art and artefacts all make for an extremely pleasant environment. Connected to this area is the fully-equipped, contemporary kitchen, a large bathroom and the spacious master bedroom with its luxurious en-suite bathroom, both with stunning sea views. A flight of steps leads downstairs to two more large bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom (one of which has a fabulous sunken bath) and, like the master suite upstairs, access via large French doors to the panoramic terraces outside. The poolhouse has a bedroom and an adjacent bathroom accessed from outside.
Outside: approaching Cape Lougi for the first time you will first be struck by the breath-taking views, the majestic position and then by the charm of the local stone-clad villa and its luxuriant terraced gardens, which stretch out for around 12 acres, affording perfect privacy, peace and tranquillity. Way down below is the sparkling blue of the Ionian Sea and, in the distance, a whole host of neighbouring islands. Terraces surround the main house and include a shady covered terrace in front of the living area and master bedroom and an outdoor kitchen, complete with a large stone barbecue and bread oven and al fresco dining area. The bedrooms on the lower level also have access to large expanse of terracing, below which is the superb pool, from where the views just keep coming!

Think About
The three double bedrooms are all of similar high quality, so Cape Lougi is also ideal for three couples travelling together.
The road up to Cape Lougi is unpaved and a little rough (though not steep or difficult) and so a 4-wheel drive car is essential.
The large grounds of Cape Lougi have some drops, so we recommend that younger children are supervised by an adult when exploring the property.
