All clients of The Thinking Traveller receive a feedback form on their return. We ask them to tell us all about their impressions, their experiences and their opinions.
As 2013 is the first season for Think Ionian Islands, we haven't had the opportunity to receive any feedback from our own clients. However, one of the things that most attracted us to Travelux Greece (who's local operation we have taken on to form the backbone of the Think Ionian Islands service) was that their clients' comments were right up there with what we are used to reading from our Think Sicily and Think Puglia clients.

The Think Ionian Islands team is a small, enthusiastic group whose sole aim is to help you get the most out of Lefkada and Meganissi: the best villa for your group and the best holiday experience possible. Our London based Client Managers offer expert advice, not only about Think Ionian Islands' villas but also about The Greek Islands, and particularly Lefkada and Meganissi: what to see and do, how to get there, activities for children, etc. Once you have booked, our Pre-Departure team will ensure you have all the information necessary to get the most out of your trip and that everything runs smoothly.
Once on holiday, you will be able to call upon the years of experience of the staff who worked for Travelux Greece, who are there to resolve any problems you might encounter, and give you information, tips and advice. They know Lefkada and Meganissi and the Think Ionian Islands' villas like the backs of their hands, so you will know you are in good hands!
In 2011 and 2012 Think Sicily, Think Ionian Islands' sister brand, was voted amongst the favourite villa rental companies in the world by readers of Condé Nast Traveller magazine.
